Job Description:

    BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assign to work under company rules and regulations
    • Assign to work under safety, health and clean environment
    • To perform daily production routine work assign by Supervisor, data recording & packing
    • Apply 5S and maintenance safety working environments on production
    • To support production daily output, able to achieve the customer delivery shipment and quality.

     

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITY:

    • Accurate recording/communication of company & product data
    • Completion of the production process and scheduled to ensure quality control
    • Must have an understanding of industry standard and regulations in order to safely and efficiently operate the machinery

     

    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Record operational data such as rejection data, processing data etc.

Requirements:

    • Minimum PMR or equivalent and age 18 and above
    • Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and flexible approach to work
    • Flexible for all shifts
    • Must pass annual physical requirement associated with material handling and PPE usage.

Job Description:

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Prepare and work on timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave encashment, statutory payments and final settlements.
    • Payroll administration, including all employee and sub-con advance wages and month end salary, overtime calculations and allowances.
    • Administer the data and inputs of employees’ leaves, medical leave, medical claims and daily attendance record.
    • Report preparation: Salary Report, Medical Claims Report, Absence and Lateness Report

     

    Administration of Employee Welfare:

    • Process performance appraisals for yearly review, confirmation, promotion or transfers.
    • Prepare letters: excessive medical leave letter, acceptance of resignation letter.
    • Administer exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
    • Support company events or sport and recreation activities on occasions by management’s approval [e.g: Badminton Tournament, Team Building]
    • Support the administration of canteen operation.
    • Support the administration of workers’ transportation.
    • Administration and issuance of stationery, uniforms and safety shoes.
    • Assist foreign workers matters.

     

    Compliance

    • Administer SOCSO claims, yearly income tax statement.
    • Ensure statutory compliance, for example: EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, Income Tax, Employment Act etc.
    • Liaise with government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
    • Compile list of department deliveries to security post before 5pm during the absence of receptionist.

     

    Other Responsibilities

    • To perform any other adhoc HR tasks as assigned by Superior as and when necessary.

Requirements:

    • SPM or Diploma in any disciplines.
    • Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point.
    • Good organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop and learn new skills.
    • Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
    • Ability to communicate effectively.
    • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
    • Positive and pro-active attitude towards work.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all time.

Job Description:

    • Handle customer quality complaints and claims.
    • Responsible for investigating failures, root causes through 8D approach.
    • Liaison between internal departments and customers on quality related matter.
    • Drive internal team on continuous improvement projects.
    • Perform data analysis, reports and presentation.
    • Improvement of process implementation of quality system activities in relation to ISO policies and procedures.
    • Supporting QMS and EHS certification.
    • Performing internal, external and 3rd party audits.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
    • 2+ years' of industry experience
    • Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
    • Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
